While Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) are large birds-of-prey, they still flee when harassed by smaller aggressive, territorial birds.

Shot taken with a Nikon D7000 set on aperture priority (AE) using a Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG APOMacro HSM II lens. The exposure was taken at 200mm, f/2.8 for 1/800th of a second at ISO 100. Post capture processing was done in Adobe’s Lightroom 3.
